Meet Todos Santos, a collective known as 'Mujeres luchando por un mejor futuro', or Women Fighting for a Better Future. Individual smallholder farms are perched on mountainsides between 1,700 and 2,100 meters above sea level where the climate is cool and often cloudy. The long temperate season slows cherry maturity, resulting in this coffee's complex layers of sweetness and intricate acidity. We were not only impressed with this coffee's empowering backstory, but also its rich and intriguing flavor that kept us coming back for more. This Guatemalan coffee will please coffee enjoyers of all levels and inspire curiosity not only in brewing, but also in its origin.

In this remote part of Huehuetenango, many men have left their families to work in the US. The women are left to raise their families, manage their farms, and bring in an income. The women of this community grew tired of doing it all alone, so they gathered over 200 small producer women and formed an association to benefit the whole community. They support each other with constant ideation, coffee cultivation and processing development, sharing of resources, and accountability.
