The Peru Espiritu de Wari is an excellent daily cup of coffee! The beans are washed two to three times and then taken to drying beds where they remain for 15 to 20 days to reach the ideal humidity of 10-11%. Roasted a bit darker, this coffee enhances your cream and sugar tasting experience.
