overseen by farm manager Luis Alberto.
Carefully picked, float-tested, and sun-dried on raised African-style beds for 25-30 days, it thrives in the farm's biodiverse environment. With optimal growing conditions, this coffee truly shines. We recommend enjoying it as a pour-over or espresso.
