This coffee from Abana Coffee Estates is exceptional!  It is Brandon, our owner's current favorite coffee because of the complex sweetness that exists throughout the cup.  Its processes via a cherry ferment, washed, dry fermented and processed as a honey.  This is truly a cherry fermented honey process which gives it its rich sweetness and complexity.  The first taste you'll get is a rich honey flavor, then upon the coffee cooling there is a pear like juiciness and a baked sweetness resembling something like baked pineapple or pineapple upside-down cake.  We think you'll love this coffee.

This is our 2nd year working with Abana Coffee States and the Omran family but our first year getting the Dammu.  From Mike: "Abana Coffee Farm is social business started by the Omran family in a gorgeous rain forest at 6250-7217 feet above sea level.  Our focus has been this 1 private farm in Gera area of Ethiopia that is a 300 hectares 100% shade grown farm.  Our goal has always been to produce amazing and unique coffees while impacting the farm and local community for the better."  Abana is all about quality and excellent in everything they do and why we work with them.

Get your hands on one of these bags because it won't last long.
