Sourced through our friends at Bonaventure, the Natural Burundi is an exciting and funky coffee. This coffee has a punchy acidity, juicy body, and a sweetness like red and blue berries. Anybody looking for something a little different and exciting will be tantalized by the zing that this coffee can offer.
This coffee comes from the Ninga Hill washing station in Burundi. We have partnered with this project for several years through the long miles project. This farm is made up of over 300 family farms, most of these are less than 1 acre on volcanic red loamy soil. The range of altitude offers a balanced coffee, with a mix of bright expressive tones and underlying sweet qualities to form a great coffee. Ninga Hill has continued to provide exciting coffees throughout the years, which is why we are excited to bring you this Natural Burundi.
