Single origin coffees from Brazil, while often overlooked, continue to excite us to no end. The vast biodiversity and unique climates that exist all over the huge country that is Brazil, produce some of the most diverse and interesting flavour profiles coming from anywhere in the world.
And with that, we are so happy to share this coffee with you, that comes from a 32 hectare farm in the Minas Geras region of Brazil, Fazenda Serrado. Here, it was grown between 1500-1200 MASL, some of the highest coffee growing altitutdes in the country, and is made up of several varieties. This lot is a pulped-natural, that was hand selected by José Antonio Pereira Carneiro, one of the farm’s co-owners. We fell in love with this coffee’s silky smooth milk chocolate and raisin flavours, and it’s amazing, fudgy body, and we think you will too.
