This is our first year of carrying this Honduras from the producer Dario Bade. Nicknamed La Joya, The Jewel, this coffee truly is a gem. A balanced combination of complexity and comfort, this coffee acts as a bridge between our truly mild offerings and our more adventurous coffees. We've sourced this coffee through our continued partnership with the team at Saint Frank and Bonaventure.
The Dario Bade serves well as a daily drinker and presents more of its complex acidity through tighter brew ratios, espresso or aero press brews. With chocolatey nuttiness and warm citrus tones, it's sure to please any coffee drinker you welcome into your space.
