We designed Golden Age specifically to taste fantastic when prepared as an espresso. As a shot, it's sweet and syrupy, with just enough brightness to make you want to keep coming back for more. This coffee is also fantastic in milk, punching through with sweet notes of milk chocolate and caramel. For this coffee, we source sugar-dense coffees, usually from Latin America, and develop them just enough in the roaster to make sure that we are unlocking all of the sweetness that they have to offer.
You'll find us pulling this as our main espresso in our cafe all day, but this coffee also tastes great as a more developed filter coffee.
